Relationships
We all have many different types of relationships with people every day and not all of these are easy. Whether you are having problems at home, school, college or work, Youth Support Workers can give you the confidential support and advice you need to deal with the issues and move on.
They specialise in those annoying things that affect your life in one way or another. They could be health-related problems, trouble with housing or money, and, of course, relationship issues; basically anything that is stopping you reaching your full potential at school, college, training or work.
You can see a Youth Support worker at school or in one of the youth support centres. It's confidential, and they can work one-to-one with you, or help you access other support services.
No Limits also provide relationship support from their three drop-in centres around the city.
If you feel you can't speak to someone face-to-face about your relationship worries, do think about contacting one of the national helplines listed below:
- ChildLine - 0800 11 11
- Samaritans - 08457 90 90 90 (or email jo@samaritans.org)
- Victim Support - 0845 30 30 900
There are several local organisations who may be able to help - check out the related links below or go to the relevant pages in this section.
