For many people, partners, sex and relationships can be really hard to talk about.
You may be too embarrassed, worried or confused to talk to anyone close to you, but don't worry - all of our Youth Support workers are happy to help you - either see one in school or visit a youth support centre and make an appointment.

Lesbian, gay or bisexual
If you are lesbian, gay or bisexual, you may find it difficult to discuss your sexuality with your friends and family.
Breakout is a project for young people who live in Southampton aged 13 to 21 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender or unsure of their gender or sexual identity and is run by No Limits, and offers one to one confidential support and a weekly social group that meets every Tuesday at a safe location between 7pm and 9.30pm. FFLAG (Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) is a national voluntary organisation dedicated to supporting parents and their lesbian, gay or bisexual sons and daughters, with help lines across the UK and useful links to resources. They produce two useful booklets 'How do I tell my parents?' and 'A guide for families and friends of lesbians and gays'.
GayYouth UK is a comprehensive site offering advice and support for young gay, lesbian and bisexual people. The site also contains information on coming out, bullying, sexual health, and dealing with parents.
